You do not need the flax oil bottle with the lignins......that will only take up liquid volume from within the bottle.
When you ground the flax seed themselves separately before adding them to the FOCC,
? ......that will suffice for the lignins.
As for the other with the 'red label' reading 'fresh'....not sure what that may mean

Which flax oil should be used on the budwig diet? There is one with a blue label that reads¡± with lignins¡± and the other with the red label that just reads ¡° fresh¡±.
