I am not sure what is happening to me. I had a super stressful job and I took care of my mom in her last days. She passed last July. My annual physical has always showed me with low WBC.4.0 is the minimum and at best I show 3.5. It has been dwindling.
Now it is at 2.6.
My doctor is super concerned.
I have not been eating well, due to my mom and then the stress of the job and making dinner to my widowed dad. I also don¡¯t sleep so I have been on diazapem and benedryle( fo allergy).
I read that long term use would lower WBC but my pcp discounted that.
I also had an episode of arthritis that requires steroid pack and antibiotics.
Suspect that would lower the WBC.
Any herbal or supplements that you can recommend so I can bring the level up?
Side note, my last job requires quit a bit of travel and meetings. While people around me caught Covid, I have never been afflicted. Yes, I have 2 shots of the vaccine by Pfizer.
Thanks in advance.
