Yes. You can run the pulp back through the juicer a couple times as well and get a little more. After 3 times through it is about done. I found that I get about 1/2 quart of juice from 1 quart of sauerkraut, so I would do at least 2 quarts of kraut a week to supply the 1/2 cup of juice every day.
