I've been able to get off medications with my diet. Also using vitamin supplements. Sometimes I supplement my diet with some meat or chicken cooked on the grill. I've got plenty of energy after

My doctor told me to lay off dairy, sugar, and carbs, for health reasons, so I've been drinking coffee and eating lots of salads. Just shoot me!

When I was still drinking coffee, I would make it in a French press with 8 tablespoons of dark roast. I'm not fond of espresso. As for my diet, it is currently, per day, a little over a pound of beef
