I suggest that RF in the shack is the problem. Try some Ferrites on the USB cable and also some clamp ons on the antenna coax.

Thanks Larry, I turned the PROC completely off and there is a noticable improvement. I also dialed the mic gain down to 10. I will be on the air with it tonite to get some real time feedback Thanks!
