I agree with taking it out of the vehicle and putting it on the bench, with the control head attached using the short cable. 1st thing, then, is to do a full reset. Try with mic connected and disconnected. The DTMF mic, if I recall, has the ability to power the radio on and off. Nothing else plugged into the radio. Please keep us posted.?
