I even emailed a short video of the issue, including the changed beep tone, to Yaesu support.? They had never seen it before and wanted the radio back. I said no after finding a YouTube or some blog that mentioned the issue and resolution.? It took months of internet digging to find it.? Anyway, glad your issue is resolved.? The 857D is a heck of a rig, have fun with it!!!!? Hope to hear you on the airwaves.
