Ignition Sense Settings 5300 ES and 53SL ES

 

Hello All,

I hope that you are well.

I am programming some 5300 ES and 53SL ES mobiles using PC Configure 2.18.16.

I am looking for the setting where one can choose if the radio needs to be connected to a powered ignition cable to turn on or if the radio can be turned on via the front panel with NO powered ignition cable connected.

It looks like a powered ignition cable is needed at all times to turn the radio on.

Am I missing something in the programming software that would allow the radio to be turned on with NO powered ignition cable connected to the radio.
