You are also going to need a 1750 rpm motor and a ~5:1 reduction. I used a
2" pulley on the motor and a 10" on the jack shaft. That 4" pulley isn't
good for your setup.

My T-L is missing the cone pulley.? Has a V-pulley of about 4 inch diameter.? I am thinking of making a step pulley of wood, need to know diameters, width, and amount of crown on each step.
