An excellent program for
reducing, viewing and some editing of images is Jpegger and it's free.

One other thing I would like all the
guys that post pictures to think about.? Try and be kind to your dial
up guys but reducing any picture files down to under 150KB as most of
these guys on dial up there servers will reject very large files.
