“Hah!” the?Wizard?chuckles aloud. “Nothing of the sort. They’re simply tools to alert me of Rary’s return for me. They often fall apart faster than they can be replaced. Awakening a few here and there just allows those few to better understand their duties,” he explains.

“Wands are expendable,” the Wizard advises. “Knowledge is eternal,” he says with a knowing wink and a tap of his forehead. The?Sorcerer?and?Wizard?share several conversations and then?Northreveals the pyramid-

The Wizard studies the item thoroughly, first approximating its measurements with his fingers, then testing the weight in his open palm, then holding it up to the glowing axe light. He rotates it to examine each side intently, then holds it close to his ear and taps it with his index finger, muttering ‘hmmm’ after each side. Next, he sniffs it, scratches at it with a fingernail and sniffs his finger, touches his tongue with the fingertip, and finally he licks the base of the pyramid, each side, and the tip, muttering ‘hmmm’ after each action before handing the still slightly moist object back to the?Gnome.

"When do you think Rary will come back for you, if ever? Being a wizard so deeply connected to natural elements such as yourself you must miss the sun... At least a little bit?"

“You have your foundlings,” the Wizard states, creating a Dimension Door opening back to the waterfall and pointing to the exit. “I shall return to my studies now.”

The Wizard starts walking away toward a far tunnel opposite the Dimension Door.
