1. Prepare the tortillas: Lay the tortillas flat on a clean surface. Spread an even layer of cream cheese or goat cheese over each tortilla, leaving about
an inch around the edges.
2. Add cranberry sauce: Spoon a generous amount of cranberry sauce over the cream cheese layer, spreading it evenly.
3. Layer the turkey: Place the sliced or shredded turkey on top of the cranberry sauce, distributing it evenly among the wraps.
