Instructions:

1. In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened butter on medium speed for 2-3 minutes until light and creamy.

4. Slowly pour in the heavy cream (or milk), one tablespoon at a time, beating on medium speed. Continue to beat for an additional 2-3 minutes, until the
frosting is light, fluffy, and smooth.
5. If the frosting is too thick, add a little more cream or milk; if it¡¯s too thin, add a bit more powdered sugar until the desired consistency is reached.
6. Use immediately to frost cakes, cupcakes, or store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week. Let it come to room temperature and re-whip
before using.
