? 8 oz (225 g) cream cheese, softened
? 1/4 cup sour cream
? 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
? 1/2 cup diced ham or turkey
? 1/4 cup chopped green onions
? 1/4 cup diced red bell pepper
? 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley or cilantro
? 1 tsp garlic powder
? Salt and pepper to taste

1. Prepare the Filling: In a medium mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, sour cream, cheddar cheese, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until smooth
and creamy.
2. Add Ingredients: Fold in the diced ham or turkey, green onions, red bell pepper, and parsley or cilantro. Mix until evenly combined.
3. Assemble the Roll-Ups: Lay a tortilla flat on a clean surface. Spread a generous layer of the cream cheese mixture over the tortilla, leaving about
1/2 inch from the edges.
4. Roll and Chill: Roll the tortilla tightly into a log shape. Repeat with the remaining tortillas. Wrap each roll in plastic wrap and refrigerate for
at least 1 hour to firm up.
5. Slice and Serve: Remove the rolls from the fridge and slice them into 1-inch pieces. Arrange on a platter and serve.
