1. Prepare the Eggs

In a mixing bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt and pepper.
Heat butter or oil in a nonstick skillet over medium-low heat. Pour in egg mixture, and scramble gently until just set. Divide the cooked eggs in six portions.

2. Assemble the Sandwiches

Lay the croissant bottoms out on a flat surface.
Layer each with a portion of scrambled eggs, a slice of cheese and your choice of breakfast meat.

3. Wrap, and Freeze

Wrap each sandwich tightly in aluminum foil or parchment paper.

4. To Reheat

From frozen (oven): Unwrap, place on a baking sheet and bake at 375¡ãF (190¡ãC) for 20 to 25 minutes until heated through.
From frozen (microwave): Unwrap, and wrap in a damp paper towel. Microwave on 50% power for 1-1/2 to 2 minutes, then full power for 30 seconds to 1 minute.
