1. Cook the pasta: In a large pot of salted boiling water, cook the macaroni according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
2. Cook the chorizo: In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the chorizo until browned and fully cooked, breaking it apart with a spatula as it cooks,
about 5¨C7 minutes. Remove from the skillet and set aside.

and smooth. Add the smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, and season with salt and pepper to taste.
5. Combine: Add the cooked pasta and browned chorizo to the cheese sauce, stirring to coat everything evenly.
