6?oz?Neufchatel Cream Cheese,?softened to room temperature
2?Tablespoons?Greek Yogurt
1/2?Lemon,?juiced and zested
1/2?teaspoon?White Vinegar
1/2?teaspoon?Granulated Sugar
1-2?Tablespoons?Fresh Dill
Salt and Pepper,?to taste
1?Cucumber,?peeled and sliced
1?Loaf?eureka! Saaa-Wheat Organic Bread,?crusts removed if desired
Instructions
In a bowl, add the cream cheese, yogurt, lemon zest, vinegar, sugar, lemon juice, and dill.
6 oz Neufchatel Cream Cheese,2 Tablespoons Greek Yogurt,1/2 Lemon,1-2 Tablespoons Fresh Dill,1/2 teaspoon White Vinegar,1/2 teaspoon Granulated Sugar
Mix with a wooden spoon until smooth and season to taste.
Salt and Pepper
Cut the bread in half or into quarters depending on size you want.
