Olive Oil Mayonnaise:1 cup mayonnaise1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil1/4 teaspoon freshly minced garlic1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
Sandwich:2 slices toasted bread3 tablespoons Olive Oil Mayonnaise6 slices crisp-cooked cracked black pepper bacon3 slices tomato, sliced 1/2-inch thick1 ounce (1 handful) gourmet salad greens mix
Makes 1 1/4 cups mayonnaise; 1 sandwich. (Increase sandwich ingredients as needed.)
