Lemon Blueberry Fluff is a delicious side dish or dessert, making it?perfect for any occasion! Ingredients

  • 1?(8oz) (226g)?package cream cheese, softened
  • 2?cups (475ml)?heavy whipping cream
  • 1?cup (105g)?confectioners' sugar
  • 1?teaspoon?vanilla
  • ??cup (195g)?lemon curd
  • 2?cups (90g)?mini marshmallows
  • 1?cup (150g)?fresh blueberries

Instructions

  • Beat cream cheese in the bowl of a stand mixer until smooth. Add cream cheese and beat just until combined.

  • In a separate bowl, combine the cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla. Beat on high until stiff peaks form.
    2 cups (475ml) heavy whipping cream,1 cup (105g) confectioners' sugar,1 teaspoon vanilla
  • Add cream cheese and lemon curd and beat just until combined.
    ? cup (195g) lemon curd
  • Fold in the marshmallows and blueberries. Can serve immediately, but best to cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
    2 cups (90g) mini marshmallows,1 cup (150g) fresh blueberries
