Hey all,
How far apart do you place your DQ 20s?
I have two DQ-10a, two DQ-1w. and an LP1 crossover. I am the original
owner. I purchased them directly from Dahlquist. I was able to do
that because, at the time, I worked for an electronics magazine that
covered audio and other topics. So, I had industry connections.
The rule of thumb that I have always followed is that stereo
loudspeaker systems should form either an isoceles triangle with the
prime listening position, or an equilateral triangle with the prime
listening position.
This page,

recommends an equilateral-triangle arrangement.
Over the years, I have had my Dahlquists in several different rooms. I
have generally used an isoceles-triangle arrangement. The spacing has
depended upon the dimensions of the particular room in which the
Dahlquists were mounted at the time.
