Just arrived home from a week of backpacking to find that Noico automotive sound deadener
that I ordered has arrived.? Our favorite speakers sound best without front or back grills.? Unfortunately
they look best with their front covers on.? Has anyone cut out holes in the metal grill in front of the speakers?
I had been using clay that doesn't harden to reduce grill vibrations.? I will now try these sheets
of sound
deadener appropriately placed out of the way on the front grill.? This may not happen for about a week
as I dig out but my pleasure to report back.?
The grills have a lot of metal in them between the speakers and our ears.? Anyone have other ideas
to reduce interference?

I've seen some kind of foam strips for window draft treatment at Home Depot that I think would help with your buzzing issues.?

Just wondering if you listen to the DQ10s with the rear grills on? If so, what have you used to eliminate them buzzing?
Thanks in advance for your response!
