I put some thin self adhesive foam tape all around the wood where the grill screws into place. I can't remember where I got it but it's maybe 1/8" thick and 3/8" wide and came in a roll. However, I've bee blowing tweeter fuses every couple or three months so the grills have been off for a couple of years!
