I had a similar problem with the DXKeeper numbers and LoTW numbers not matching and talked to Dave about it off list. Compare showed this. These were cards I had checked.

I have SDR-Control on my phone, and as you said, it had not occurred to me yet that the N1MM-DXLab Gateway would allow me to log directly to DXKeeper.

Perhaps it is an LOTW bug after all. If I pick one of the "strange" QSO
which show up as C rather than V in
spite of being verified I see that if I look up the QSO in "My QSO" and
click on its QSL
