After clicking the update button a window comes up doing downloading.
After downloading then a message comes up
Can't replace c\DXLAB\DXKEEPER.EXE because it's either in use or write protected.

As for cleaners, almost none of it good. I think the registry is the biggest defect of windows design although I have no idea of how it should have been done.

When I try to upgrade from 7.1.9 to 15.4.9 it does not update but tells me the file is in use or dxkeeper.exe is write protected. after I say ok the window closes and am not

That is a false positive caused by the malware program. It isn¡¯t there. In
your program, make the DXLabs folder and the WSJT folder (if you are using
