When I try to upgrade from 7.1.9 to 15.4.9 it does not update but tells me the file is in use or dxkeeper.exe is write protected. after I say ok the window closes and am not able to run dx keeper because the .exe file was deleted.
I have been trying to work through this problem including uninstalling the program and have not been able to correct the problem.
any help would be appreciated. I have been using dx keeper for quite some time.
