Well the 2nd try worked ok.
I logged in via Teamviewer and it worked fine. Although it did take a little over 3 hrs to complete the scan.
So, the process did work on the large DXK log and deleted

I have to say that this is not fun.
You can exclude the DXLabs folder after removing the quarantined file from jail but this is also a danger. Once you exclude that folder a trojan could put itself

Windows Updates generally include an update to the Defender virus
signature list. The update probably triggered a rescan of your
