Thanks, Rich - you seem to have nailed it. Mark offset was blank. First, I mistakenly set that to 2125 and now clicking on spots put me 4Khz off... Figured that out and -2125 puts me dead on.

how about when the NOTES screen is open, and you select a new spot, the
NOTES updates itself without having to right click and select "display
spots
