Thanks for the reply Dave......yeah not trying to do a support forum...no refund offered by the company strict policy....In any event I will buy another computer but not now. The Win 11 platform is not stable even when the guys have working computers! I read this forum and use it daily. I think I will stay with Win 10 and pay the fee while MS figures out how to write decent operating system software.
