Hi Dave.? Following is an example of when I get this error:
- From within the “My QTHs” tab, click on “New” to create a new location.
- Prior to clicking “Save” or “Delete”, click on any other tab in DXKeeper, e.g., “QSL”.
- When attempting to go back to the unfinished new location in the “My QTHs” tab, the noted error message appears and will not go away without forcing DXKeeper to terminate using Task Manager.
+ Thanks, Ken. Unfortunately, I cannot replicate that failure here. So that I can see what's going on, please do the following:
1. on the General tab of DXKeeper's Configuration window, check the "Log debugging info" box
2. terminate DXKeeper
?
3. start DXKeeper
4. replicate the failure, using the steps you describe above
5. use the Windows Task Manager to terminate DXKeeper
6. start DXKeeper
?
7. on the General tab of DXKeeper's Configuration window, uncheck the "Log debugging info" box
?
8. terminate and then restart DXKeeper
9. attach the errorlog.txt file from your DXKeeper folder to an email message, and send the message to me via
