I immediately added it to the firewall exclusion as the wiki described. Then, using Launcher I downloaded and installed Commander. The program said that it installed and immediately ran an update. I have v. 16.0.3 now. When I opened Commander it opened. I clicked on Config wanting to start there but it did not respond. After a while the computer said: ? When I started Commander again, the computer said: ? But Commander was not anywhere. I checked the Task Manager and it was not showing Commander running. ? Do I have to have my radio connected when initiating the software? ?
