I have a G-450 rotor that I put an ERC
interface in. See:
DXLabs will talk to that interface
directly, as will N1MM+, WriteLog, and many other software
packages.
I don't know what you mean by
economical, but this is about the cheapest you can get, using the
kit version, without designing and building an interface your
self.
?
The one I have has worked fine for
years, was simple to build and put in the Yaesu Controller box,
and interface to software.

After 10 years I finally replaced a CDE AR-22R with a Yaesu
G-450ADC turning my little Mosley tri-bander. Of course now I'm
wondering what the best/most economical way would be to control it
via DXView. Not sure it matters, but I'm using a TS-890S that is
connected to the computer/internet via USB, Ethernet and serial
port. Any recommendations for someone on a limited budget?
