Though I added the additional UTC filter range
settings, I'm not satisfied
that they are sufficiently intuitive. Critique and/or
suggestions would be
appreciated.
It works fine for me the way it is. However, I suspect it may be
more intuitive especially for the first time user to have a
separate filter in the export pane completely independent of the
filter in the log pane.
