I am new to dxview and I have also problems to enter my coordinates . The
program tells my always " illegal"

I cannot program in my longitude / latitude. The help file tells me to
enter 00 '00 N (or whatever) but DXVIEW does not allow me to enter the '
character. I can enter 00.00 but it will not let me enter a N,S,E, or W.
