More like a "dumb regression" in direct lat/lon QTH entry.
You can work around this by entering your QTH lat/lon in the main DXView
Window, and then clicking the "Position" button in the QTH panel on the
General tab of the Configuration screen.

I cannot program in my longitude / latitude. The help file tells me to
enter 00 '00 N (or whatever) but DXVIEW does not allow me to enter the '
character. I can enter 00.00 but it will not let me enter a N,S,E, or W.
