Hello Radiotech: If you mean the TM-D700, it works fine with a DINAH out-of-the-box, assuming you want 1200 baud output from the radio, pin 4, not 9600 on pin 5. There is a jumper to change that

Are you referring to the six pin minidin port on the D-710? The DINAH works fine with that supporting the PTT signal. Make sure J3 on the DINAH is open so COS does not disable the sound driver on the
