Preparation

Open the ACFC Pattern

in your PSP and Minimize

Place the Mask into your Masks

folder in PSP

Okay Let's Get Started!!

1. File > Open

Your Tube

2. Window >?Duplicate (Shift?+ D)

Close original??

3. Dropper Tool
Left click on your tube to?pick?a

Light/Medium?color for your Foreground

Right click to choose a?Dark color

of the same Hue for your Background

4. Image >?Resize
Settings:

Resample using?= Smart Size

Lock aspect ratio?= Checked

Resize all layers?= Checked?

Width?= No more than?300 Pixels

Height?= No more than 300 Pixels

*Optional

5. Adjust > Sharpness > Sharpen

6.?Edit > Copy

7. Activate your ACFC

8. Adjust > Color Balance >
Manual Color Correction

Settings:

Manual target color = Checked

Freehand selection = Unchecked

Colors:

Source = #808080

Target = Background

9. Materials Palette
Change your Foreground to the

ACFC?Texture Bumps?Pattern

we just colorized

Settings:

Angle = 0

Scale = 100

Texture = Unchecked

10. File >?New > New Image
Settings:

Width?=?350 Pixels

Height?= 400 Pixels

Image Characteristics =

Raster Background

Color = Transparent checked

11. Flood Fill Tool

Settings:

Match mode?= RGB Value

Tolerance = 20

Use all layers?= Not checked

Blend mode?= Normal

Opacity?= 100

Right click to fill with Background

color

12. Selections > Select All

13. Edit > Paste Into Selection

(your tube)

14. Selections > Select None

?

15. Adjust > Blur > Gaussian Blur

Settings:

Radius = 16.00

16. Effects > Texture Effects >

Fine Leather

Settings:

Color = White

Angle = 30

Blur = 60

Transparency = 255

Number of furrows = 45

Length of furrows = 3

17. Effects > Image Effects >

Seamless Tiling

Settings:

Corner?= Checked

Vertical?= Checked

Vertical offset?(%) = 0

Transition (%) = 50

18. Layers > Load/Save Mask >

Load Mask From Disk

Settings:

Mask = ACFC Texture Bumps Mask

Create mask from = Source luminance

Orientation = Fit to canvas

Invert transparency = Unchecked

Hide?all mask?= Checked

19. Layers > Merge > Merge Group

?

20. Image > Canvas Size

Settings:

Lock aspect ratio = Unchecked

Width = 1800?Pixels (or your choice)

Height = 400 Pixels

Placement = Center Left

21. Layers > New Raster Layer

22. Layers > Arrange > Send to Bottom

23.?Flood Fill Tool

Left click to fill with Foreground

Change your Foreground back to

Fill with your choice of Foreground

Lower Opacity to 75-85

29. Effects > Image Effects >

Seamless Tiling

30. Layers > Merge > Merge Visible

31. Edit > Paste As New Layer

(your tube)

32. Move Tool

Move your Tube over to the left

side and arrange to your liking

33. Effects > 3D Effects > Drop Shadow

Settings:

Vertical = 0

Horizontal = 0

Opacity = 55

Blur = 12.00

Color =?Black or your choice

Shadow on new layer =?Unchecked?

*Do not add a drop shadow

to a misted tube*

35. Layers > Merge > Merge Visible
