Left click on your tube to?pick?a
dark?color for your Foreground
Right click to choose a?light/medium
color for your Background

Settings:

Resample using?= Smart Size

Lock aspect ratio?= Checked

Resize all layers?= Checked?

Width?= No more than?300 Pixels

Height?= No more than 380 Pixels
