DRIBBLED FUR TUTORIAL

This tutorial is my own creation through playing in psp. Any similarity to another tutorial is purely by coincidence.
Please do not copy this tutorial and claim it as your own.
This tutorial was made using PSP 9 but I am sure it can be made in any other version. You will need a basic knowledge in the use of plug-ins and the general tools in PSP. (Beginner/Intermediate)?
You will also need to know how to assemble the letter and header in Letter Creator.
Filters required:

Supplies:
Tube of choice.

Performance Notes:
All settings are on Default, unless otherwise specified.

Lets go : remember to save often :)
1. Open tube in psp - Shift D to duplicate and close the original.
2. Go to Image, Image Resize (Shift S) to no more than 325 width using Bicubic resampling. Adjust, Sharpen, Sharpen if necessary. Edit, Copy.
3. Choose a light color from your tube for background by right clicking.
4. Image, Canvas Size: Settings 1280 x your tube height plus 50, left center placement. (Optional - you may change these settings for your own screen resolution).
5. Layers, New Raster Layer. Layers, Arrange, Send to Bottom. Right click to fill with your color.
6. Selections, Select All (Control A). Edit, paste into selection (your tube you copied). Select None (Control D).
7. Adjust, Blur, Gaussian Blur: Radius 20.
8. Effects, Image effects, Seamless Tiling > default (click black arrow at the top).
9. Effects, Plug-ins, VM Extravaganza, Dribble : Settings Amount (31) Brightness (0) Transparency (255) Wobbler 1 (65) Wobbler 2 (58) Randon Seed (28)
10. Effects, Distortion Effects, Twirl at 100
11. Effects, Texture Effects, Fur with settings Blur (10) Density (8) Length (50) Transparency (30)
12. Effects, Edge Effects, Enhance.
13. Effects, Image Effects, Seamless Tile:?default.
14. Layers, New Raster Layer, and fill with your background color. Reduce opacity to your liking, ensuring your background is text friendly.
15. Add a drop shadow of choice to your tube layer. I used H/V 5, Opacity 55 and Blur 5.00. If using a misted tube, omit the drop shadow.
16. Add new raster layer, and put your watermark on your image. You may also add any text you wish to your stationery. Layers, Merge Visible.
17. File, Export JPEG Optimizer with settings at 25% compression and save your background.
Assemble all in Letter Creator.
