A csv file that I built will be blended with the downloaded images
of several different radios. The "Power" column defaults to 50W, but
handhelds aren't capable of that much power, of course. I try to
delete the value to let the radio operator select a minimal power
level at the time of choosing any given memory location, but CHIRP
next-20231016 csv editing insists on a value.
How to deal with this, please?
