Try posting in the hamradiohelp group to get more eyes on your question.
I think this is also generic enough for Linux that posting in some Linux forums
would get you an answer, too.

You may already have it installed.
I might apply myself to learning Python. I gave up on VB.net because there are
no books on the latest versions of it that I can find.
Please report back here once you get it working to tell us what you did to get
it working, and what it looks like. Maybe share some screen captures via
Dropbox, WeTransfer, etc. You may be a trailblazer for others who follow in your
footsteps. :-)
