These transformers have flexible, colored wire leads so they will fit any hole pattern.? All of the wires come out of one side of the transformer and they are probably an inch-and-a-half long.? You might need to put washers underneath the transformer when you mount it so some of the wires can go under the transformer.? That’s what I had to do with the Victoreen.? I can’t guarantee that these will work but I don’t see why they wouldn’t.? All of these units are just making 900 Volts from a 3 Volt supply.

I’m a Mechanical Engineer so I understand the problem.? This would be easier if it were a steam engine!

Sure..??? but the ENI transformer and Victoreen are wired differently.?? The victoreen has two leads one side 4 the other.? The ENI transformer has 3 leads each side.??? Does that matter?? I am not an EE -? a chemical engineer by degree but never clicked with EE?????

I have a couple of Anton transformers that work okay in a Victoreen and will probably work okay in your ENI.? They have colored wire leads so they will fit any board.? The transformers were all pretty much the same.? You may need to make the changes that George made for? his LENI modification which adds a Zener high voltage regulator since the ENI regulates the input rather than the output voltage.

I think that there is a possibility that these were “universal” replacements because they don’t have the Anton part number but they do have the Anton color coded wires.

where would one get an ENI transformer?? I have a NOS Victoreen transformer, but it is different than the ENI.? And of course the old manuals for these things reference long obsolete part numbers.???
