yes, I am using a 1Gohm HV Probe.? and reading the manual it says if the 15V measured at point 6A ( negative end of C1 to meter) is low, replace rectifier CR4.
so replaced CR4.? I still measure only 5.6V.? Supposed to be 15V.??

I cannot produce clicks in the speaker by tapping R12-C5 junction.??
Voltages at V2 and V3 are all screwed up.? ?At V2, supposed to get .05V at the base - I get way high.? ?V2 collector supposed to get 15v, I get way low.? ? V3...? supposed to get .05v at base and collector - I get high on both.? These were supposedly new russian transistors.??
