ok I got some measurements.??

I am getting 3V to pin 6 of the transformer, per the schematic.?

I am supposed to get 15V at R5 - only getting 5.6V.? ? and I have a question:? in the ENI manual on the schematic page, it gives a circle with a line through it - top numbers is volt and bottom number is range.? At R5 it has 15/25.? What is range 25?? ?

I measure about 400V after the HV Diode and at the probe wire point on the board.??

so voltage falling off somewhere.
