no sticker on this one and certainly no screw. I gently drilled through the center with my Dremel and the central screw for the secondary is under it. I am going to have to use my 3" grinder cutting wheel and cut it in half to remove it . Charles

On my 14 the sticker had to be removed and there was a screw under it.
