For sure seeing comes first and foremost. If it is really bad, no
camera could do anything good.
This being said, cameras and software have made huge improvements
since the Neximage Planetary Camera.

I have a classic C14 and would be embarrassed to show my
lunar images after seeing these.
I may post a jpg anyway so someone in the group can tell me
what's going on. My images look
soft with not much detail. I don't even use a barlows with an
older Neximage 5 Planetary camera.
I was thinking maybe its my camera; but I think its more to
do with my bad seeing.
