Pertaining to Rail-Mergers:
In the news today March 16, BNSF was fined $10 Million U.S. for
supplying the Surface Transportation Board during hearings last week in
Washington, D.C. BNSF gave the STB "False Information"-presume this
applies to the talked about BNSF/CN deal.
Likely CN will also be fined by the STB giving false information.
