You can make a dual bander 40 M and 20 M easily by changing the Band pass filter and the LPF. If no significant harmonics then without LPF it is an easy task.

Agree that attachments are not permanent and should be deleted.
As for other content(files, photos). Maybe choose a date and anything older is deleted.
