The i2cbb is a library to bit bang i2c protocol to control the si5351. There is a function in sbitx.c called set_lo that changea the frequency by reprogramming the si5351. You can comment that out

I did a brute force method. 1. I used a QER filter. This is an evolution of the Cohn filter that has equal capacitors. It has paralleled crystals in the end points. 2. I started with 4.7 pf capacitors
