Be careful if you are using the schematic of the raduino from the hfsigs.com website. The numbering for P3 ("The second set of 16 pins on the bottom connector...") on the schematic is reversed from

on line nearly 24/7. The other i keep testing and adding mods.
On my test unit i run a homebrew dds sg5351 and nano.

Brian:
Connect an ammeter to the power supply to the board. Measure the current draw
on receive. This is your "idle" current on receive. It should be about 35 ma.
Then, be sure RV1 is BELOW 3v. say

Drawing 139 ma on xmt and 300 ma idle sounds like a power supply problem.
You should have one capable of 12v @ 4A connected to the PA. Make sure of that
