Gary right out of the box it will do CW, SSB, FT-8, AM, etc.
You may want to upgrade the F/W but I got mine and was immediately on FT-8 in about 60 seconds.
WSJT-X is not what it was released for

I did something similar with my zBitx.? I have attached a PDF of the pictures so they are not lost during the purge required to maintain the maximum group size.

NB. the rigctl connection is still open after a conection timeout. I can
still issue commands to the zbitx.

Ah I can see now, why the heatsink. Most of us run “just the batteries”
Let us know how long the finals last. They seem very robust using the two batteries.
